Football coaches and Timeouts

I could put a monkey in front of a PS3, have him play Madden and in 2 hours he'll know how to utilize timeouts more than PP and a lot of other football coaches. The decision-making in the final minutes of the first half was laughable.
Dear God this isn't Rocket Science.

I guess he felt the need to top that by calling the final time out of the second half with 3 minutes left before sending out a freshman to catch a punt in a extra-crucial situation in his first game,

I tweeted Des the same thing what a joke, way to lose 20 seconds for no reason at all. I'm not even going to comment on the play-call when they had the ball. Clueless.
