If this actually does go to trial, we should find out if the ACC did it did not inform everyone they were required to inform (I'll bet heavily that they wouldn't have been so stupid as to not inform everyone necessary, and I seldom bet). I doubt that FSU's intention was to ever see this make it to a courtroom. They're hoping that they can create sufficient negative publicity that the ACC will let them leave. We will see what happens.
