Per this thread, maybe the coach is still coaching in the tourney?
Of all the remaining teams/coaches the only two I confess knowing little about are the Creighton and South Dakota coaches. The other 14 are not going anywhere.

I keep checking the thread to see that FSU has finally announce Brooke Wyckoff as the coach but yet no news. To me, the longer this gets drawn out, the less I feel like Brooke will get the job. I mean she was awesome last year with the team, getting them to overachieve. We has a couple of FSU fans on the board but they seem to have gone into hibernation. I know one of them felt Sue underachieved given their other sports competing for NCAAT so I wonder if FSU want to make a bigger splash in the Coaching Pool...Just odd to me...anyone have any insight?

I haven't heard anything. If not Wyckoff who would be a good fit? I'm concerned that if it's not her then the players will start hitting the portal.

Rooster C: Two players, most notably Morgan Jones, have hit the portal, but I get your point: it could be a mass exit the longer the admin. waits.

DefenseBB: Pretty much in the same place as you -- Thought this would've been announced about two days after Sue S. departed. Can't think of someone from that FSU neck of the woods/industry that comes to mind, save for someone like Karl Smesko, from FGCU. However, he seems determined to stay at the beach or in Florida, so maybe???

Still, I thought Wyckoff had done a stellar job in very tough circumstances and could hold together the current roster and attracted some new folks. We'll see....
