Purdue is not actually a bad team. They do have some size but what makes them go is the two dandy guards Wilson and Morissette.

Louisville is just young. This team will be better by years end

Durr did warm up but didn't play. She looks fine in warm ups so not sure what is going on with her. Hope she gets healthy soon.

7th Place Game: Marist vs Missouri State
5th Place Game: LSU vs Maine
3rd Place Game: Dayton vs Louisville (rematch of last years NCAA game)
1st Place Game: Stanford vs Purdue

I expected Louisville vs Stanford but Purdue played well.

I'd like to see Purdue win this tourney. Maine plays them later in December sandwiched between games with Clemson and UNC.

Missouri State over Marist for 7th place
-Kelly Jolly over the winless Red Foxes

Maine over LSU for 5th place
-LSU was without Moncrief but the Tigers still didn't look good

Dayton and Louisville about to tip

This should be a good one......or.......

Louisville and Dayton in a dog fight

Cardinals lead 36-34 with 4:45 left in the 3rd

Neither team can get their rhythm

Louisville fans were called out for their noise makers (rightfully so. Terribly disturbing to watch a game with those things constantly making noise)

Dayton leads heading into the 4th 46-43

Dayton's Amber Deane with the play of the game

Drove into the lane drawing the defense and tossed the ball over her shoulder to a cutting Dayton player for the score

Dayton starting to assert itself and Jeff just got T'd

Flyers lead 69-54

Wow - 71-57 w/ less than 2 min to go!

HuskyFan you're having fun - wish some of these games were on TV

Dayton is the better team but Louisville is young and you can see that in the mistakes they make

The Cardinals WILL get better

Dayton leads 77-63 with 45seconds to go

Dayton takes 3rd place 79-66

Amber Dean with 29 points

Stanford/Purdue for the title

Early call......Stanford by 10+

Another game of note, South Florida lost to St John's 74-70 in Queens.

Stanford leads Purdue in the second 21-15 with 4 minutes to go till half

Very low scoring game

I cannot take anymore of these terrible games... I feel like my inner Husky is dying. The Cardinal are living on borrowed time. Let's hope the UConn vs Chattanooga game is decent.

Score tied at 51 with 4:45 to go in the fourth

Purdue backcourt of Wilson and Morissette are good and keeping the biker makers in the game.

Knotted up @59 with 33 seconds to go

Purdue with the ball

Stanford looks like they are gonna best Purdue in OT and on a 3 from a post player no less
