Not enjoyable to watch.
You should not win if your BB IQ is negative.
Jackson and Martin are our only two regulars who know what they are doing. (and maybe Akok).
The rest of the crew are just a bunch of atheletes.
Unless Hurley can knock some sense into them, it will be a season.

Hawkins has a good excuse for playing like he has little experience, so he might be
what we need. For the sake of the season, put him ahead of Gaff Gaffney.
Let Hawkins learn on the job.

L post. Whaley and Cole played great today and everyone else out of Jackson’s rebounding was sleepwalking. Agreed on Gaffney though, DOWN on him after this week.

What a stupid post
 
With all respect for your opinion, I couldn't disagree more. It was a tough game to watch -- very physical, very aggressive defense by both teams. But we proved we could win a rock fight. That will be very important down the road as we play other hard-nosed opponents.

Jackson doesn't have a good BBIQ. Neither does Akok.

Gaffney, Cole, Sanogo are hardly "atheletes"

Find another team to root for, clown.

Less time watching and misunderstanding basketball and more time on grammar lessons would have been the wise decision.

Wow. I won’t comment on your English but you’re wrong.
It was a tough game to watch. They turned the ball over in ways that were downright surprising. But it is November and this is college basketball not the pros. Unless you’re top 5 you’re making mistakes and learning, hopefully. Give them a break. They’ve got lots of heart. They’ll be better soon enough.

I know at least one (and maybe two) UCONN BB coaches would say an early loss due to poor play might pay off more than a bad win.
