Slept with it under his pillow next to fax machine! Not for nothing - in this day and age why can't they .pdf scan and email as opposed to faxing it ?

Just a question: If LOIs are official documents, why is faxing them even allowed? Shouldn't the schools insist on original signatures?

scanning and sending a pdf is against ncaa rules, they want you to fax it. not everone can have a scanner, so its not fair, its a luxury iten. butter to cream cheese.
