I thought Phil Steele’s content would be like reading a printing of the internet from May. Turns out it’s better than that.

Never actually bought his content, but from the bits and pieces I read every year, he seems to be one of, if not the, best in the game when it comes to college football. He always has great insight, seems unbiased and fair and always comes with facts to back up his predictions. Great read always.

I find when I buy it in consecutive years that the team write ups can change very little. Much of it is a regurgitation of the previous years.

But he also watches every game. Like every game. He also interviews almost every head coach.
