It took a few days, but I've finally decided to have a salad for dinner.

1/2 BigY salad in a bag. (I use scissor to cut up the greens)
1/2 red bell pepper
1/2 avocado
6 oz Purdue Shortcuts (chicken)
Gorgonzola crumbles
Bacon crumbles
1/2 dozen roasted garlic cloves
shredded carrots

This is extremely disturbing.

I mean you post this and you don’t even tell us the dressing???

I think you gotta go olive oil, maple syrup, and rice wine vinegar.
