Final Rookie PER Ratings

I need to forward this to the SI writer the other day who said the Bobcats should've selected Knight @ 7th instead of Biyombo and getting Kemba @ 9th based soley on their respective shooting percentages.

If Ricky Rubio is ranked ninth, they are going to have to tweak that formula a little bit. It's pretty clear how much he meant to the Timberwolves.

I also feel like Kemba regressed during the last couple months of the season. He did some good things this season, such as becoming a better passer, rebounder, and defender. Unfortunately his shooting percentages were just horrific and he played for the worst NBA team of all-time. Not a great rookie camapign overall but he's young. If he can get his shooting percentages to 42 or 43% he'll have a good future in this league.

i think kemba wanted to show that he can run an offense and distribute this year... next year i believe he will be so much more improved
