I can't go but still looked. On southwest, Bradley to Cincinnati is around 400. Cincinnati is a lot closer to indy than Chicago
 
Southwest added a couple flights on Friday to Indy from Bradley.

The UConn men’s basketball team is back in the Final Four! Fans looking to get to the games in Indianapolis are in luck as new flights have been scheduled from Connecticut.

Southwest Airlines added two flights from Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks direct to Indianapolis for the Final Four games, according to Connecticut Airport Authority spokesperson Brian Spyros.

Try South Bend, Indiana (SBN) as well. It is about the same distance from Fort Wayne as from South Bend. It is about 2.5 hours to Lucas Oil from SBN

Take 31 south. I live close to there and that is what I do.
 
BDL - LAF (One hour from Indianapolis) is $454 round trip leaving Friday and returning Tuesday. You can ride share from LAF to Indianapolis and don’t need to rent a car: Google Flights
