Not something you see everyday: the lone #2 seed UCONN is the heavy title favorite entering this weekend (-130, meaning you have to bet $1.30 to win $1) while the overall #1 seed has the lowest betting odds of +700 (bet $1 and get paid out $7.

UCONN also enters as an 8.5 pt favorite over UCLA.

At this point I think the championship will be decided by the winner of UCLA/UCONN. Paige and Betts are the two best players in the Final Four and both teams are playing well. Texas isn’t playing poorly but I don’t think they have the offense to keep up, and South Carolina just looks unfocused in stretches which makes me think their odds of winning are quite low. I’ve been wrong about many predictions before, I’m excited for the games this weekend.

I think South Carolina is the third best team in a year where the other two made the Final Four. Not saying we cannot win with our best game, but we likely cannot win with much less than that.

I've changed from preferring UConn to avoid Betts to preferring UCLA for (1) a program who has never been there before; and (2) avoiding Geno whistles vs Dawn in a title game. Strong was amazing last night; she also twice (at least) threw her defender to the ground with no call.

The UCLA-UConn spread is a little shocking. Definitely don't trust UCLA tho. I can see a scenario where Geno finds a way to mitigate Betts enough somehow. Should be a great game

UCLA #1 overall seed being disrespected. I'm sure that'll be on the bulletin board.

UCLA +8.5 is easy money.

UConn was a 13.5 point favorite over USC last night. UConn won by 14.

Texas' record is impressive, but it's mind boggling that a team that can't make a jump shot is a #1 seed. James Naismith would be horrified.

Maybe I'm overreacting... but I'm guessing Sunday's spread is UConn by 9.5

Haha way off.. it's 2.5
I would've guessed at least an 8-10 point favorite, UCONN already beat them by 29 on the road this year and is coming off a 34 point beat down of the #1 overall team (and their best player didn't even shoot well.). I don't think South Carolina has a shot if UCONN is firing on all cylinders like they did tonight.
