Final 4 Salute tickets

My friend bought 2 Final 4 Salute tickets that he will not be using because we are not going to get to New Orleans until Saturday morning. The Salute on Parade is on Friday at the Mardi Gras World at 6:45 PM. The tickets cost him $33.50 each.
