I mean if we are being honest, if a QB isn't able to throw TD passes to receivers in 1 on 1 coverage why is he on the field? Evers problems are the short and intermediate passing game are way too inconsistent.

The kinds of passes he struggles with are the kind that OCs call in the first few series of a game to get into the groove. Simple slants, passes to the RB out of the backfield.

If he can't even get those down then what else are we supposed to assume?

We’d be 7-1 for sure maybe even 8-0 if they would have started the right QB from the beginning of the season.
