Fighting mad in the SEC

This is probably the wrong take away from all of this but how does the Florida player miss throwing the ball at the KY player so badly when she was like 2 feet away? I can see why they only scored 14 points midway through the 2nd quarter

She would get picked last on my dodgeball team

If you are actively trying to get out of the way of the fight or altercation or whatever is going on and happen to run onto a part of the court then you are not going to get thrown out. Even in this instance there were players that were technically on the court and backing out of the way that did not get thrown out.
If the skirmish is on the court, the rules don't say for instance, you can't grab a teammate, right? So, why can't you grab a teammate if the skirmish is on the bench? IMO...rules should be applied the same. Eight players ejected? Overkill. Kim Mulkey was on the court during many SC offensive sets and the refs just walked around her and ignored her and players were expected to do the same.

The incidents of this type of behavior on the court has become the norm today. Just like fights inside schools, and in society as a whole. In terms of what is happening in college WBB today, I believe it is also a reflection of who you recruit (see Alabama men's basketball team). When the ability to put a ball in a basket trumps character, self control, and basic respect for others, this is what you get!
