I don’t like this match-up for Ward coming off that layoff and moving up in weight. I think Floyd was right in saying this was forced down Ward's throat. He could have stayed at 168 to set up a big match against Triple G.
I ak not sayimg he won't win, but this will be a very tough match-up for him.

Kovalev should have won that fight period. The challenger is supposed to take the belts by convincingly winning the majority of the rounds which Ward did not. Kovalev knocked down Ward, took the fight to him and the effects were clearly visible on Ward's face. I had a feeling that if he didn't KO him, then it would be tough to get a decision for Kovalev.
