As far as the UConn field hockey program goes, the Huskies recently won two field hockey national championships and has developed a nasty habit of making the final four in that sport. It may hurt sometimes in seeding for the NCAA tourney, but it seems the Husky field hockey team is doing fine even if it isn't in the ACC or the Big Ten.
