I’m not sure if going from the AAC to the Big East is an upgrade for our baseball team.

Obviously not every program is upgrading, but it’s a net positive for the AD as a whole. Temple would be downgrading almost all of its sports if they moved from AAC to A-10, which was my point.

No but I consider UConn one. A "new money" Blue Blood, but a Blue Blood.

So funny, kids that are college age think of UConn as a blueblood from the old days. Their only issue is we've sucked lately. 30 years of being a a Final Four threat is only a "new money" blue blood to old people.

And yet people consider Indiana a true blue blood yet they haven’t even sniffed a championship in over 30 years. Well I guess they made the Final Four in 2002 but even that is 18 years ago.

I welcome UConn back with open arms. The achievements since the mid 90's are huge. UConn is a bonified Blue Blood. Duke's history before Coach K wasn't much either.
