it invariably helps someone when there is a delay. Someone always has some momentum, an the beautiful thing about tennis is that you don't get to take a timeout. As it was, the rain delay came right as Fed broke to win the second set. That's a scenario where the loser of the set often gets behind in the next one quick because you don't have time to dust yourself off.Seems simple enough.
If it's threatening rain, why not just close the damn roof?
