You beat me to it @Sluconn Husky but not by much. Offer from SC and Harvard and Yale are interested. Talk about a mix.
Edwards is a ninth grader now, so expect the offers to multiply. Excellent grades, so I wouldn't be surprised to see Stanford get involved. She has the academics at this stage.

problem is, she faces very little competition in her high school classifications so her gaudy stats should be taken with a grain of salts. Watch her in summer ball competition - not high school.

Oh yes, we want.

ESPN/PBR breakdown of some of the top-25 high school teams has an interesting note:

#11 St. John’s College High School (DC): This is a very unique situation. Coach Jonathan Scribner’s squad has the #1 2021 player in the country in Azzi Fudd and will likely play less games than the rest of the Top 25 list. Due to their local limitations and game cancellations, they may not be playing any more games officially. There is a rumor that if GEICO hosts their post season tournament that they could get an invite. 2023 forward Delaney Thomas is a stock riser for SJC.

Shame. Well, she had her shot at playing a lot more this year. Too late now.

Two new players of interest going by Chris Dailey's social media follows, both from 2023.

Chloe Briggs, 5-11 guard from Chino! California

Riley Stack, 6-4 wing/forward from Piedmont South Carolina

Briggs averaged ::gulp:: 33.8 points, 12.6 rebounds, 6.4 assists, and 4.9 steals on 44% shooting, 35% from three as a freshman

Stack is averaging 17.3 points, 11.3 rebounds, 6 blocks, 2 assists, and 2 steals on 43% shooting as a sophomore. She shot 58% as a freshman.

Chloe Pavlech interviewed Chloe Briggs On Instagtam live recently after the South Carolina/Uconn game and she kept saying how deadly Paige's mid range game was and knew uconn would win. Wonder if she will want to follow in paige's footsteps!

Chloe P. asked her if she had a favorite team but she just played it cool and said she just enjoys watching women's bball in general. I believe she already has a scholarship offers from Oregon, UCLA, Arizona and just recently received one from Stanford. Glad to see Uconn showing interest, would love to get another player from out West!

We had already seen Chloe Briggs once before. She was in a recent clip I posted making a stellar pass to Ice Brady in AAU action.

How does a kid from Ontario play AAU with a San Diego kid? Somebody got a private jet?

Geno's face while watching these 30-ft threes and behind-the-back moves would be something to behold:

That is ridiculous. Every school should be after her. It does not matter what she can't do. She could make the same kind of impact that Paige is making now.

The NCAA just extended the dead period for recruiting for all sports to May 31 which is essentially the end academic calendar. Geno was recently quoted as saying unlike some other schools he though UCONN was in good shape because of the work that was put in by the staff prior to the Pandemic in getting to know these kids. Hopefully the staff has spent quality time with PAtterson and she the next to commit to UCONN.
