So, I realize this is NOT a female athlete commercial but it has always resonated with me. It keeps with the theme of female empowerment so I think it’s appropriate to share here And although it’s a little old, I still make my friends (female and male) watch it —especially when they are too hard on themselves.
So I would like to share it with anyone who has never viewed it. I know it’s a tad long, but worth it. We should always lift up others but let’s not forget to do the same for ourselves ❤️
