It happens. Better to have some misses and end 9-3, rather 3-9. Like I said somewhere else we are top 10 in sacks so it hasn't been all bad.The conclusion is the coaches whiffed at obtaining good DLine personnel. You can blame bad evaluating or not enough NIL or both for the issue. To be considered a good DLine at a P4 level you need 2 deep for DLine. G5 level one is considered good. Dline are a hot commodity and are becoming expensive in today’s college football. Supposedly QBs and elite DLine/DE that are disrupters are the most coveted players in the transfer portal.
