An incredible deep dive analysis on how the top rated players coming out of HS over the past decade (ranked by both ESPN Hoopgurlz and Blue Star) have done as professionals. 75% of players ranked in the top 5 in HS are drafted by a WNBA team. 100% of all-WNBA players since 2008 were ranked in the top 40 [18% were ranked #1, which accounts for Stewie, A'ja, BG, and EDD]. 14 different HS rescruits were ranked #1 by either ESPN or BlueStar between 2011 and 2019; of those 14 players, all were drafted; only Christyn Williams and Joyner Holmes were drafted outside first round.
