Okafor was a prime example of a player who had all three. In my mind our best college player ever. I am convinced he would have had a hall of fame career if not for injuries. And players like him are extremely rare.  Nadav was up there too. 
18 year olds have a lot of developing to do, and with the right training will reach their peak in strength (Hilton).  Predicting how strong they’ll get is tough. Agility and intellect are inherent.  Great coaches recognize and develop it.  Hurley and staff are the right guys for this job.  Teams that focus on one area are usually good but are bound to run into a better balanced team that knocks them off. 
Ollie lost momentum when he took a chance on injury prone guys which led to his downfall.
