Something I learned at UCONN is that diversity is a strength. Not sure why you view it as a negative.

I’m for picking the best and brightest, regardless of gender, color, religion, race, etc.

If they’re all white, I don’t care. If they’re all black, I don’t care. If they’re all from New Zealand, I don’t care.
