Ewers offered 6M to enter portsl

The price tag for CFP consideration is north of $15M, and since this is the first year with publicly available NIL data, that's just the starting gun.

OSU and Ore led the pack at $20M this season. Others were in the $12-16M range. The race is on.

Hey, if someone offered Evers 6 million to transfer, I would shake the kid's hand and wish him well. That's life-changing money for him.
As an added bonus, he won't have to play for the Giants either. :D

Boomer Esiason did an Audacy sports minute spot the other day and told him to take the money. College football is a train wreck.

The one thing I think is nuts is to lay big money for a high school recruit.

Guy gets money, and never plays, transfers out. Collosal waste of money. .

This stuff is sorting itself out, AM went nuts a few years ago and then half the guys transferred out and we really haven’t seen a program do that again since

This is crazy. He has to go do this and take the $6 million. That's more than nfl and a wild overpay. Good for ewers.
Probably from the Mannings. To be honest I doubt he is worth it. Good not great

Journalism 101: is it true & why would this come out now?
I'm skeptical Ewers would want it out, as it will be a CFP distraction.

It's plausible that an OSU fan or TX-hater, with enough resources to make it credible, pushed this out.

ain't enough he's def gonna get offers of like 9-10 million sooner than later.

The question is whether this will be a drop in pay for Quinn. Heard on DP Show that ND thought $6M was too rich for Notre Dame.

It will be interesting to see Arch play next season for Texas.

I heard he will be a mid round draft pick in a weak qb class. So I never thought the $6 million was justified. I doubt it was a real number. More like something an agent put out to get everyone looking at him to up their offers.

If you declare for draft is there a grace period where you can undeclare?
