All white people are racist so what does either being old or men have to do with it. Get with the program. All White People are Racist
Considering they think they are the only "white" people in the world, you might be onto something. There's loads of paler Asians, across the whole continent, from Syria to Japan.

For what it's worth, if I do time in for pre game, I've been watching the college football program for Fox.

With MBB going to BE and many of those games on Fox and FS1 I figured I might as well get comfortable with the network. Also, as others have suggested I do believe UConn football may have a few games a year on Fox.

I’ll put my UConn-ACC bitterness aside to say this sucks. Bristol getting hit hard and then East Hartford too with Pratt-Whitney. Tough for these people, tough for the state’s economy. Both of these are effectively “exporter” type jobs helping to bring revenues from around the world into out state. Not easy to replace.

ESPN will continue to do fine with their live sports overall. It's all the other stuff between. The pregames, the postgames, Sports Center, PTI..... All of that is cratering. Fans are getting more efficient with their time and have little desire to hear talking heads yap. But they'll still tune in for a quality or compelling match up.
I agree with this. I don't watch that other stuff anymore and I used to all the time. And it's not due to politics because I agree that Black Lives Matter. And let's be serious, when someone says they don't like the "politics" in sports they are referring to BLM.

I'll let you do the psychoanalysis of the sporting world viewership.

For me it's time and timeliness. Almost anything can be found out or a story broken before it makes it on to TV.
And the analysts aren't compelling. Not are the personalities.

I'll assume ESPN does their due diligence with analysis but at some point you have to do a sanity check and realize Mike Greenberg isn't compelling, Steven A Smith isn't Howard Cossell, there is no Chris Berman, Dick Vitale or anyone else to be the face of Sports Center or College Bball.

End of the day, there are too many sports talk shows on ESPN and other sports outlets. Why? It's filler content and cheap to produce. No matter what they talk about, many people are just bored with the concept and format.

Black LIves Matter is admittedly a great slogan and rallying cry but apparently you, like most people, have never read the BLM manifesto. They even modified it and tried to hide what was posted there six months ago. Three admittedly Marxist women started it after the Ferguson riots and learned how to monetize it, and neither you nor anyone else knows where the hundreds of millions of dollars donated to it have gone or are going. An IRS audit might be interesting.

It's just like the "#save our girls" that Michelle Obama tweeted out when Islamist terrorists kidnapped 276 mostly Christian schoolgirls in Nigeria.
Millions of people retweeted it to make themselves feel like they've been part of something beneficial but in reality their tweets did nothing for the girls.

If you have read the BLM manifesto, I guess you're OK with socialism and all the "good" it brings to the citizens of a country. You know, like Venezuela, once the crown jewel of South American economies and now a wasteland of poverty and despair. You might want to visit Venezuela and see what you'll need to do to prepare for what's coming. Unless, of course, you're a high ranking government official. They will always be a little "more equal" than the rest of us.

All white people ARE racist. It's a matter of degree.

You certainly are, and so was the speaker in that video even if she isn't white.

How is it acceptable for an arrogant "speaker" of any race to matter of factly tell her captive audience of women they're not human because they're white, or black, or Asian or anything else? Could she have been more insulting of a group of people about whom she probably knew nothing?

Is that the kind of indictment we need from one race to another in order to have "an honest discussion about race"? It's that kind of talk that makes people clam up and go along to get along but does nothing to break down any feelings people might have one way or the other.

They all should have gotten up and walked out when she labeled them as such, but if it was an employee seminar they were all undoubtedly afraid of losing their jobs.
