Didn't find any reference to this elsewhere.

Sling TV sells a 24-hour day pass for its Orange bundle, which includes ESPN, ESPN 2, ESPN 3, and ESPN 4k.

Tomorrow's game and the 12/2 game can be had for $5 each.

You'll need to create a Sling account if you don't have one.

Sling carries FS1 and TruTV in it's Blue bundle, which is $45/month or $115 for 3 months. That includes storing up to 50 hours of DVDed shows.

I did mention it in the "Youtube TV and UCONN vs. Louisville on Nov. 4th" thread with the caveat that I had only seen an ad for Sling's $4.99 One Day Pass. I had no idea how it works.
Someone replied "no UCONN games this month on One Day Pass" to my post. 😲

Thank you. Thank you. Much appreciated.

Thank you … just bought it. I am sure YouTube caught a lot of crap for not broadcasting MNF. They wont care about screwing us out of the Huskies… i will be very pissed if they settle before the game…($5 dollars worth of pissed)

I love the idea of a day pass on Sling. I have never used them. Can I assume this is streaming service so I will get it on my phone and cast onto my TV? Secondly, If I don't want to watch it live, but just an hour after starting, is there a way to record? I'm guessing it can only be watched live. Thanks for helping this tech challenged Husky fan:)

Yes you can record. Yes you can get it on your phone and cast it on your TV.

Also, and this takes a little bit of work, but you can go through a cashback site and get $2 back. I put instructions how to do this here:

Two years ago I got tired of the annual chase for fractured coverage. Never thought I would come to regret CPTV and the interminable fund raising during the games, but I do. SNY had us spoiled too. The luckiest womens game fans by far. And then I don't know what to call what we have now. It would be easier if I watched TV and could sign up for a package with the Huskies, but I walked away from commercial programing long ago. So now its ESPN reporting in game and hopeing for a game copy on Y'tube.

I suspect I my buckle in January for whatever ESPN broadcasts. You should all hope I buckle. It will signal very good Husky things.
