Yeah i agree. That game is on FOX. I'm surprised Gameday will be here at all considering all our games are on FOX properties.

its chess not checkers my friend.
uconn and nova basketball only are the only schools espn is interested in bringing over to one of their properties.
those are the only two that can actually draw viewers. we are weighing our options to see if we want to include either in a power (real, actual) conference.

They do it all the time for football, Michigan OSU comes to mind, hell there have been times when big noon kickoff and gameday have both been at the same location.

“College GameDay will be a student-centric, free event that is separate from the UConn Men's Basketball game vs. Villanova at 8 p.m. Saturday evening. The student ticket claim for College GameDay will go live on Tuesday, Feb. 20 at 10 p.m. A limited number of tickets will be made available for men's basketball season ticket holders and Husky Athletic Fund donors. That claim will open on Wednesday, Feb. 21 at 11 a.m. Should there be remaining availability, tickets will be made available for the general public.”
