Yeah, we've got an early season cupcake schedule, but we are doing what we need to do by burying them. Kind of surprised that we dropped in the rankings. Still, it's bulletin board material just in time for Maui.

Win Maui and we will be number 1
Just rewarding teams that actually played a top team. Can’t fault them. You can bet if we win the Maui it’ll be number one and a giant sigh across the country of they’re back again.

Hurleys schedule has been smart - 4 lead in games to gel a team and see who’s showing up into a torrid stretch makes total sense.

We are playing a bunch of tomato cans. What ya gonna do?

Texas AM next! Excited, yes. Find out it is AM Commerce,

Dear lord .

Eh.... depends if Kansas and Alabama are still undefeated. If Kansas continues winning at that point they'll have Ws over UNC and Duke. For Bama it would be Purdue, Houston, and Rutgers. It'll be more interesting to see where we are on December 15th (after Baylor, Texas, and Gonzaga).

But it doesn't really matter at this point in the season.

This. People are seeing the struggles in first half of these games and questioning cohesiveness and if they have it for a third straight title. I see Hurley using these games as essentially preseason games to work some things out, and they’re still winning by 35+

Fair enough. As I see it as those three schools were rewarded for their victories, which is why we are now ranked at #5. I don't see us as having been dropped.

Wouldn't it be nice if someone would give us points vs Gonzaga?

Schedule Campbell?

Texas A&M-Commerce. Used to be East Texas State University, recently rebranded again to East Texas A&M. Actually not a winless HBCU a la game last year with Mississippi Valley State. Makes all the difference. /s

I’d rather play central, quinnipiac, stony brook, Vermont, Maine, unh. Lemoyne is northeast and fine. But this is a brutal game to play. lol.

Syracuse = -4 against le Moyne.
UConn = -40 against le Moyne.

4 x 10 = 40.

Ergo, UConn is 10 times better than Syracuse. The math does not lie!

Good. I've never been a fan of rankings before at least 1/3rd of the season has been played.

There are a ton of UConn grads at ESPN. And, everyone watches the men’s and women’s games there.

I don’t want to burst the bubble, but rank and file at the mothership watch UConn. It’s some of on air talent that is anti UConn and upper management.

Alabama @ Purdue tomorrow night in Mackey. Looking forward to seeing how they match up.

Line is surprisingly only 1.5.

Marquette at UMD tomorrow as 1.5 dogs. The BE rep will really take a hit if Nova loses again to UVa, and if Marquette drops one to UMD. Not sure who on Marquette matches up with Queen.

Purdue could struggle in the paint.
Haven't seen Alabama play this year. Mackey worth 4 points

Usual moronic boneyard complaining about meaningless rankings by idiot pollsters who are wrong let’s see…..every year. It’s like we’ve never won anything and are desperate for validation.

Leave that for Duke

Nah, it's just that the Huskies would be a 36 point favorite against the vaunted Orange.

It’s an awful game. As you said I’ve got no issue with in-state or traditional NE rivalry games. No reason for some nobody team from Texas. Play Fairfield like we used to back in the day.
