Jameis Winston's sexual assault allegations were finally brought up with less than three minutes to play in a 59-3 blowout.

And even then, it was discussed in the context of how it affects his Heisman chances.

They should be commended. Why bury a kid with innuendo. The accuser said her assailant was 5'9". Winston is 6'4".

Winston has not been charged...he was not listed on the police report...the assailant was listed as unknown and was described as being between 5'9 and 5'11. Winston, with others, was at the aprtment party and thus is a person of interest.

I don't know how it will play out eventually, but the Tallahassee Police Department did not have enough to even talk to Winston. He has not been questioned.

Rge real news is that FSU buried Cuse...with Winston and the rest of the offensive and defensive starters on the bench after the first half closed....

The game was essentially over in the first half of the first quarter.

The game was over when the ACC printed the schedule over the summer.

Next year's game has already been decided as well - the only difference is that the weather will be worse and the women will be uglier.

Not so fast, with 15 football schools, who knows if FSU and SU even play again for a couple of years?

I am so sure that ESPN would have offered a school like UConn the same courtesy.

They are in the same division....will play every year.

So they should drag a kid'is name through the mud over an allegation that's over a year old? One that he was not charged for and doesn't match the description of?

you are a class act

Many of the local radio hosts here in Tallahassee believe nothing will come of it. The timing of it all is really suspect.

Rumor from a bunch of Florida papers is that an Ohio paper got tipped off to file FOI requests by someone in Ohio with connections in Florida. Someone with a reputation for being sleazy and who would benefit from an FSU stumble.

This would not surprise me at all. I remember when Urban called the NCAA right before Patrick Peterson was coming to LSU and told them he had academic issues (because Peterson passed on the Gators). The held Peterson up for all of camp while looking into his transcripts. He is a slimy POS.
