The odd part for me was how they did a little segment bemoaning the fact that some of the kids who look like studs don't pan out in the pros. And somehow the shoe companies are using them and tossing them aside. It didn't seem connected to Vaccaro or to the rest of the show.

I agree TRest. The way it's portrayed it's as if these guys were made to sew clothes in a warehouse that went up in flames or something. I can't see how they were so egregiously wronged. They were given an opportunity and it didn't pan out. Would the kids have been better off if they were just ignored. I guess so.
