UCF still has no use for faux rivalry with UConn, walks off field without Civil Conflict Trophy #collegefootball wp.me/p14QTT-1zzH
Diaco era going down in flames.
The promise was all talk. I still can't believe he thought it was alright to go 2-10 in his first year.Sad as it started out so promising. Sad for the team and fans.

This insane "r1ivalry" can't end soon enough. It's embarrassing as fans and alumni to have our school and cash cow athletic program stoop to these kinds of levels with other garbage programs.
Why does the program need to go through another year of this?
Even worse to lose to those same garbage programs.

Larry McHugh?That decision's been made.
How Benedict could think extending a football coach he didn't hire, sight unseen, with the budget UConn has is baffling to me. Absolutely baffling.
Cash cow? We take $2 million for the AAC television deal.
So when Tulane buys a trophy and names us a rival and calls it "The Crawdad Conflict" you will be Ten Toes In?Consider me someone who now hates UCF.
Hell yeah!!!! Some guy won three in a row several years ago and people still talk of that coach. LEGEND....The best medicine for this team right now would be a nice long winning streak. Win out this season and go to a bowl. Win everything next season and no one will even remember "The Conflict".
WRONG...No matter how hard we try few will forget the never popular Civil Conflict. May it Rest in Peace. The best medicine for this team right now would be a nice long winning streak. Win out this season and go to a bowl. Win everything next season and no one will even remember "The Conflict".
