End of Cincinnati game

Why wasn't Brimah in to protect the rim at the end of the game? Kilpatrick got right to rim and we were lucky he just missed. Popovich takes out Duncan, Bosh gets a rebound,
dishes to Allen, Heat win a championship. Vogel takes out
Hibbert, Labron to the rim for a layup, game over. I just
don't understand some coaching decisions.
