That has never stopped him from dropping the hammer on us. Ideally, he should be forced to recuse himself from any involvement in ruling on any investigations involving his former employers, which also include LSU and Washington. Of course, the NCAA, being a hopelessly corrupt and morally bankrupt enterprise, apparently doesn't think it's necessary to follow the same conflict of interest rules most other organizations in the US abide by. Nobody tells them what to do. They answer to no one.
