Emeka on the Streets of NYC

Houstonian in New York, not quite the same ring. May even mispronounce Houston Street.

Most visitors mispronounce Houston Street. And then they will look at me like I am mispronouncing it, LOL.

Not more than 15 minutes ago, I was walking from lunch by Grand Central, and see Okafor with a backpack casually walking down Park Avenue towards the subway entrance. This is the third time in the last 4-5 years I've seen him out and about on the streets in NYC. I did a double-take, as hard to miss a 6'-11" guy walking past. Anyone else have similar run ins with him?

A few years ago I saw him walking on Madison right around 39th/40th.

Does the title of this thread sound like a mid-80s police show to anyone else?

Reads like the title of an episode of Law and Order, or maybe Star Trek: TNG (can't remember the episode).

I saw him in the same area getting into a taxi - i don't remember what year. It was when I lived in NYC 2005-2010.
