Eligibility question

Wolf came in during the 2nd semester of his freshman year, because he wasn't eligible until then. Does this mean he gains an extra semester after his senior season? Could we take him on for the 2nd half of that year? I would imagine not, but it doesn't make sense to steal a semester of eligibility from him for no reason.

its tricky. that is so far away from now. wolf may not be here by the time that may come up. but it really wont matter because we are going to start recruiting his position really hard now and we will begin to over recruit him so basically if he dosnt have a good year (this coming up year) he will either be forced out or be a player like Mandeldove (because that's what he has basically been so far playing time wise) for his remaining eligibility.

Can you in effect redshirt a player for two, non-consecutive half years? No.

Well, what happens to that half year of eligibility then? He just loses it?
