43.0% 3FG
97.4% FT

Reggie Miller
Dirk Nowitzki
Steve Nash
Larry Bird
Kevin Durant
Mike Price

Malcolm Brogdon

Heck of an accomplishment for her. Definitely feels like its the Mystics season...bring on the playoffs!

Another amazing element -- and scary for the rest of the WNBA -- is Emma Meesseman came in at 55% overall, 42% from three and 90.5% from the FT line, but didn't qualify because she didn't reach the minimum in categories.

I said it on another post, but the Mystics are firing on all cylinders right now and that Della Donne and Meesseman are playing at such a level. Gosh, if Toliver comes back.....

They appear to play better when Toliver hurt her knee. Not enough credit is given to Aerial Powers for stepping up in her absence. Cloud has been playing really good PG for them as well.

could she make a 50-45-95 club (or I guess 55-45-95)? I think is possible with som many weapons around her.

Has anyone ever reached that level in the NBA ?

Short answer is no.

Among the rest of the 50-40-90 club:
Highest FT% was Steve Nash's 93.8% in 2010 (when he went 51-43-94).
Highest 3FG% was Nash's 47% in 2008 (when he went 50-47-91).
Highest FG% was Larry Bird's 52.7% in 1988 (when he went 53-41-92).

Congrats to Elena! That's quite an accomplishment. Some of the NBA 50-40-90 members plus locals John Wall and Bradley Beal tweeted congrats.

Price (Mark, not Mike) was recognized as a great shooter. Brogdon, a Virginia star, is still under the radar. Bird, Nash, Durant, Curry, Miller, and Nowitzki are/will be in the Naismith Hall of Fame. All but Miller were MVPs; Bird, Nash, and Curry were multiple-time MVPs. Elena will be a multiple-time MVP, as she is the likely winner this year. She's a strong candidate almost every year that she is healthy. She is also a very likely Naismith inductee when her time comes.

Emma came in off the bench most of the year. She's a GREAT bench player.
