DeMille was promoted from Assistant Director of Operations for the Colonials by Rizzotti, a long-time coach at University of Hartford and member of Geno Auriemma’s first national championship team at Connecticut. The two became friendly through working together on the U.S. Women’s National Team under the legendary Auriemma.
