EDD and The Sun tonight on....

What kind of reception did Elena get tonight? She seems to be having a good game. So is Swin in her homecoming. Are the Sun playing for the Chiney/Stef/Chelsea Gray sweepstakes?

Tina had 29 and 6 in a losing effort. Kara played and had 9.

Elena had 23, including 9-9 on FTs, to lead Chicago. Swin had 19 and 8.

By my calcs, EDD leads the league at 95.3% on FTs. Anyone surprised?

I hope they land Chiney...

EDD may also be leading the league in FT attempts. She is cleaning up at the line.

Tina sure could use some help!

Tina definitely could use help. Kara played tonight. Hopefully Renee and Tan are close to returning.

Question about lottery pick, Sun and Tulsa do not need a center so where does Stef end up or will another team trade up?

Fowles credited Delle Donne, the second overall pick in this year's draft, for being a key to the turnaround.
''We have a sense of urgency this year, plus adding a pretty good player,'' Fowles chuckled. ''Elena has a big part to do with (the winning). For us to officially have a true 4, she brings a lot. She's a threat. It makes everything else click.''

For example, a little 7-point run in the 4th, in just over a minute

"Elena Della Donne has become my favorite player to see in the WNBA" …Rebecca Lobo

People that disparaged her ability were just silly.

If only she'd been coached by GA, who knows how great a player she might have been.;)

Indiana would be good. Injuries has really hurt them, and they are currently in the lottery. Seattle as well. LJ is getting older/has had injury issues in the past by season end.

Chiney will be good for the Sun. I think they can play Chiney-Asjha - Tina for some parts of the game. I think Chiney can guard 3's effectively, and then split time at the 4 with Ashja (so she doesn't have to play extended minutes).

That's a scary thought. But what she decided was best for her, and isn't the love of the game what's really important in the long run?

wow Tina was the entire team last night. She is as good as last year but why does she not have a team around her? 29 points in the loss!!! Kalana Greene Allison Hightower and Kara Lawson are the only others I see as remotely memorable this year. I will be coming in to see them vs Maya Moore in about a month just hope Renee Montgomery is back 100% by then!

Davenport is out for the Fever too
