If Shadeur Sanders wants more money, EA might be interested in having a conversation, but ultimately if the price is too high, they move on, and the game sales don't suffer at all (Hell, if guys under his level of notoriety see that, they may decide they'd rather be in the game, even if they feel they're under-valued at that payment level).
