NC State shot 46% from the field on 24 of 52 from the field, including 6 of 24 from THREE and was 11 of 13 from the FT line. All of Duke's FT occurred in the last 15 minutes of game action. The Blue Devils took advantage of 16 NC State turnovers, turning them into 23 points. Duke turned the ball over 8 times, but NC State only scored 2 points off turnovers. Duke had 8 steals to 2 for NC State. Points in the paint were even at 34-34. NC State led in second-chance points, 13-8, and in fastbreak points, 19-9. Both teams had 2 blocks and dished out 16 assists.
