Yeah all the duke sources (seems like Ollie level leaks with Scheyer's program compared to Hurley's) are 50/50 at the worst and most are still near a lock.
Not that I'm comparing Duke's young coach who played at and was an assistant at said school with Ollie. Or am I?

It’s hard to say you’re the winning program when you have 5 similar trophies to the ones you just saw at UConn. And the coach recruiting you didn’t earn any of them. They thought squeezing the silver in the back would go unnoticed.

Uconn has had players pose with their 5 + the 2009 FF. As much as I don't like Duke I don't see this as a big deal (plus the photo is cropped so there is more of a focus on 99). Regardless, it's neat to have players pose with hardware these days, it's not uncommon, and at least it isn't with an elite 8 trophy...

Seems to me that it's a world-class Freudian slip. Personally, I'm glad they're comfortable celebrating runner-up status. It may end up being comforting for them in this particular recruitment.

I believe our 247 insiders. Their non-Duke recruit predictions bring their % down but they’re almost always spot on when it’s a Duke recruit.
You guys deserve a lot of credit for getting this close to him, we’ll see.

I know that this isn't a hot take, but We didn't just win the title last year, we destroyed the field in historic terms. If I was a stud player, I would want to be a part of that. I shouldn't have to sell that too hard.
