DT's Season Off: Potential Explanation of the Cause

Looking for something else on YouTube I stumbled into a 2 minute video "Severe Injury Diana Taurasi. Watch it. Out of Euroleague play last March:





Later in the UMMC championship victory game, you'll see DT is off and on several occasions she's shaking that injured left hand.








A hand injury is not to be rushed. I have a vague recollection of D wearing a bandage on her left hand in an interview last spring. Did she have surgery? Anyone know what is up with that?

And if I recall correctly did she not miss some spring USA practice (possibly mentioned on this board) due to her injury. Her team didn't pay her to skip USA basketball, only the WNBA season. She was at the practice in street close I think.

Sure it wasn't hugely major.
