Of course, he's being very careful, because he says Stewie is the greatest winner in NCAA Tournament history--which isn't technically true, because of Mo and Tuck--and therefore, like his evaluation of Dee, it is a qualitative assessment. Trying to give each her due.

Dee clearly is the greatest, most charismatic (the camera loves her), but Stewie is the most determined player ever (the bold prediction of 4 NCs, and the casual way she went about doing it) and a freak athlete. So, when the smoke clears, Stewie may well be the best ever at every level. Sort of like the distinction between Michael Jordan (greatest ever) and Oscar Robertson (best ever) or Babe Ruth (greatest) and Willie Mays (best).

Every level of competition that DT has played from Middle School on up to WNBA to Overseas to World Championships to Olympic Championships she has been a champion! Sometimes winning with teams not considered to be of Championship caliber but physically and mentally driven her teammates to lofty heights!
