I watched some NBA Summer League yesterday. Drummond is a great physical presence. The Pistons must love he is playing in the Summer League - shows good character. He has such good touch on his tap ins. Brooklyn played hack AD at the end down by a few - in Summer League no less. Quite frankly, he is releasing his foul shots off the palm of his hand - I keep going back to what Ray told LeBron, Develop a routine with good technique and stay with it regardless if your last shot goes in or out. AD needs to do that. In every attempt he seems to be reinventing everything.

I don't think AD has much of a choice in the matter of playing in SL

Actually he does, although Pistons strongly encourage. Andre is a good kid.

I was watching too. He was straight up bullying people. He had a rough game offensively but thats expected with him and will improve in time. 16 rebounds in 25 minutes. 6 blocks, 6 steals. When he was in the game, he was literally EVERYWHERE. I can not wait to watch him next season and watch his career develop. He WILL be an allstar soon enough

i bet the pistons are going to take him out if he plays like this again 1 more time. golden state did this with Thomson last year after he dominated 2 games.

drummond looks kinda fat I think he's playing to get in shape. He shouldn't be allowed to play if he has another 5 steal 5 block performance

I think "today" in comment below means Tuesday.

The lineup: Second-year center Andre Drummond didn’t play Monday, but he said afterward that he would play today against the Thunder. With the USA Basketball minicamp looming later this month, don’t be surprised if he doesn’t play in all of the remaining three games.
