Dropdown menus

I added the dropdown menus, and changed the "forums" links to reflect our move from Scout. The rest of the links are just as they were before the move, and they will change in time to reflect our needs.

Suggestions?

Seriously. This has been driving me nuts for the last 5 years. Also, the baseball board link in the dropdown sends you to the scout board, which is a ghost town.
