Another upset. If outsiders weren’t picking UConn, seemed many of them were picking Houston.

If Shead doesn't get injured, I think Houston beats Duke. Houston was leading when Shead sprained his ankle.
Houston wins comfortably with Shead. They were just gassed at the end. Was not an impressive showing by Duke all things considered.

At a certain point you just get beyond the number of injuries one team can sustain and be competitive at the elite stages of the tournament. Doesn't help that it's your best player.
Shead isn’t Edey but he’s just below in terms of importance to his team. He is the heart and soul of that team.

Zero pity or compassion for Houston. Don’t care for Samson. Do not like the history we had with them in the AAC. Glad they are out. I would be glad to play Duke again

Meh! The committee knew what they were doing when they shipped duke to the south and kept them away from us. Not surprised by the result at all. Sampson always blows it in the tourney.

Was not Sampson's fault that Shead sprained his ankle. With him out Houston really had a minimal chance of winning that game, no matter what Sampson tried to do.
