Thanks for the updates. Looking forward to seeing Dorka back with the Lynx. I will be curious to see how she blends in with the rotation. Right now Carleton is getting 26 minutes a game. That will have to change, hopefully once Dorka gets back and develops chemistry and rhythm with her new teammates.Dorka will be back to the Lynx soon; Schio lost the 3rd straight game of the best of 5 final to Venezia 74 - 80. Dorka had 14 pts., 8 reb., 3 st., and a steal.
That’s a nice 17 minutes tbh. Did a bit of everything.Dorka played for the Lynx today and helped as the Lynx took down the Liberty which had a rather forgettable game.
17 min, 2/3 for 4pts, 4r, 1a, 1s, 1b
Miller is injured, don't go by what this game showed. If Dorka doesn't start, when Miller comes back both can continue the chemistry they developed last year but I think Dorka will eventually find her way to the starters because of her passing skills and, it looks like, improving defense. Unless Alana stays a starter, Miller could find her way there too - both Alana or Carleton could moved. You never know.....right now, all the starters are playing well and they are winning but that combination is not their best defensive lineup nor is it their best offensive lineup as well.Who’s better, her or Miller for the Lynx? She’s effectively getting Miller’s minutes right now, so once she comes back from injury, who’s getting the bulk of the 20 minutes they split?
They both are helpful for the Lynx. A lot just depends on the team the Lynx are facing, the matchups, and how Coach Reeve utilize the two players.Who’s better, her or Miller for the Lynx? The Lynx have a lot of options that they could work with after Williams, Phee, and McBride. The addition of Smith helps greatly because of her scoring ability and her size. This allows, depending on the team the Lynx are facing, a chance for Phee to get some needed rest. I love the addition of Zandalasini, another big. She is a huge plus. There are some great additions to this Lynx roster. I really love the fact that we have Williams and Heideman here in Minnesota. Two solid point guards who can create off the bounce or without the ball. Great additions.Miller is injured, don't go by what this game showed. Still, the coach could prefer to have a strong lineup coming in for the starters and spread the minutes.....to have an advantage over the bench lineup of opponents.
