I know some posters on here hate it when I post about transfers from our team and what they're doing now (particularly the guys who left just before 2012-13), but that's why I gave this thread the title that I did. Personally I still root for Roscoe and found this article today giving a story on his being named the RidiculousUpside.com D-League rookie of the year. Hopefully it'll turn some heads.

Roscoe Smith article

Out of all the kids who transferred out roscoe hurt the most. Will always root for him and hope he can find his way on to some nba roster

I thought you meant this Roscoe:

He died yesterday.

A-cooo coooo !

Good for him on having a very good rookie year. I wish he had stayed at UCONN, but will root for him anyway.

Same. Really wish he would've stayed. Real lunch pail guy out there.

Does a greater honor exist than being selected for a ridiculousupside.com award?

Roscoe will no longer be defined by his 70 foot heave with 10 seconds left in the game. Now he will forever be known as the ridiculousupside.com rookie of the year.

We finally killed a man with a thread.

I knew this day would come, but it doesn't make it any easier.

I guess there's no time like the present to hone my non-soap dropping skills.

Roscoe was always one of my favorites. Happy to hear he's doing well & hope he finds a niche on an NBA team.

Love Roscoe, even this.

Does Roscoe have any eligibility left? If so, someone put in a call to Diaco. He's looks for someone who can throw on the run and I'm pretty sure 'scoe will be able to see over the O-line.

Can't imagine there is a single Husky fan that doesn't love Roscoe, he's family.
Could you imagine there would be a "Should we Fire Kevin Ollie Thread if we Miss the Tournament next year" thread?

The Boneyard never surprises.

glad he's doing well, I was disappointed to see him transfer, but like all the transfers wished him well. I always wondered if he regretted it though, especially when Bazz was cutting down the nets for a second time.
