You never can quite tell but he seems to have the motor and the work ethic to make both of those things seem pretty likelyThis kid is a giant. If he drops the baby fat and develops some explosiveness he's going to be a monster.
Yea just read that that site is gonna make him a 5 star when they update their rankingsFrom the link above:
Clingan is a mountain of a man, who was visibly the biggest player at the camp. He has soft hands, sets great screens, posts hard with a huge target, rebounded his area, and blocked shots. The questions will spark when it comes to overall athleticism, both pop and quickness, but the Bristol (Conn.) Central High center is so big and lengthy with high IQ and hands the athletic questions will probably will not be as much of an issue on the college level. Clingan is also a very good passer. He averaged 7.3 points, 7 rebounds, and 3.2 blocks in his seven camp games.

Yes his rise is pretty dope, yea I think he ends up like top 26-27ish with how their rankings go. That’s definitely top 5 at his position nationallyAmazing. Should put him in the top-30 (ish)... maybe even top-20. right now he's at 44.
Castle is one to watch closely. The family has a close relationship with Kimani, and has known him since before his UConn time. Moreover, the kid is a stud.
All the wondering and it turns out Hurley already pulled a 5 star. Great to see him do his thing against top talent.Yea just read that that site is gonna make him a 5 star when they update their rankings

@husky429 I see you unignored me, you looking for this?Shutting me the hell up. Looks very active at the camp. Love to see it.
I love the decision to go back to Bristol high because of the pressure he’s going to be under. His sophomore year and junior year there was no state tournament, though it was very impressive the teams he beat to win the conference tournament his junior year.Good stuff. Glad he is holding his own against good competition. Let him enjoy himself next year at BCHS against “lesser competition”. This tells me he certainly has big upside and we shouldn’t worry too much about him playing against lesser competition in the league. Hurley and his crew will shape his game well. Hope that his BCHS coach gets him playing outside the paint a bit more. Can’t wait to watch him play during his senior year at BCHS, I’m 15 minutes away from Bristol.
